Studio Claudia is based out of San Francisco, CA.

Shipping & Processing

Please allow 2-4 business days for all orders. Shipping times range from about
2-7 days for orders in the USA. However, we have no control over the shipping speed as soon as it's out of our hands.

You may be able to change your address if we haven't packed your order yet. Please get in touch as soon as you can with your order number and correct shipping address, and we will attempt to make this change for you.

Currently worldwide shipping services in some countries are limited. Please check to see what available shipping services are in checkout.

The customer will be responsible to cover the cost of any additional customs charges. I am unable to control or predict what these fees might be, as this depends on the country being shipped to. 

Returns/Exchanges

All sales are final. Unfortunately, I am unable to accommodate any returns or exchanges at this time. But if you have an issue with your order, please contact us at hello@claudia-solis.com

Wholesale

Yes! You can find Studio Claudia's wholesale catalog on Faire. For more information please check out our Wholesale page.

Studio Claudia works with local printers and a bit of their own craftsmanship to create products. A few items are outsourced overseas but are given a lot of care and consideration in regards to materials and sustainability.

Most of the paper goods are printed on Recycled/FSC Mix and packaged in compostable cello wrap.

Prints are packed with 100% recyclable double sided backing boards.

Most items have an easy peel brand sticker that is visible on the front and back.
